Love God Wholeheartedly.  Love Others Sacrificially.
Make Disciples Intentionally.

At Fringe, our aim is to genuinely follow Christ together in transparent and intentional community. We want to be disciples who make disciples, living on mission. Life presents us all with tough questions. As a community, and through reliance on the wisdom of God’s Word, we will wrestle through them together. This life of faith starts with us and flows out to the world all around us.

Such a fun weekend at our 4th annual Fringe Church camping trip! We’re going through this devotional book with our kids at night right now (and it is SO amazing - highly recommend). Tonight’s went something like this: Me: How did Joseph react when he saw his brothers? Nathan (6): OH! I know three ways you can react. One is fight, one is flight, and the other is freeze like a bunny! Me: Well, yes, those are some ways to react, but there are others. Girls: Me: What does this story teach us about God? Emma: That he knows everything before it happens. Nathan: For example when you have a lizard brain and the ball comes, you can hit it back, or you can run away. @saturatetheworld 🤣🤣
Amy has a post on grace over at the Glorious Table today. Click on the Fringe link in our profile and check it out on the blog! @theglorioustable #serveoutofgrace #graceisagift James preaching at Sola Church this morning on the Windshield Wiper Doctrine. Haven’t heard of that? Check out the recording coming soon!
We are so excited for our combined Fringe/Sola service on Sunday! We will have a lovely time of worship followed by brunch where we will enjoy breakfast burritos made with farm fresh eggs! James and Amy are spending time with some friends on their farm, and we’re coming home with delicious eggs! You won’t want to miss it! And other successful Searching & Shopping is in the books! We had a great turnout, and many women seemed to be blessed by the event. We love how cute Chanel is with her jewelry in one hand and a bag full of clothes in the other. Several women had mock job interviews and received resume assistance as well. Thanks to everyone who prayed, helped and donated!
It's a beautiful thing when churches come together. We joined up with Sola for a picnic today, and it was a lovely afternoon. @solachurch @wearesoma James got to share this morning at the Jefferson County Power of Partnership meeting. He talked about how blessed we are to live in a county that values the faith community and how we must together put our words into action.
